Na een telefoontje op zaterdag ochtend naar de wachtdienst, onmiddellijk uitleg gekregen om het euvel van 'niet werkende chauffage' op te lossen. Kreeg nadien nog een belletje om te horen of het gelukt was! Dit noem ik EXTRA service! Dankjewel.

We asked for a plumber to service the heating and do three jobs in the house. One removal of old water tank, two repair of leak in shower and third leaky radiator. They could not send one man to do it all they sent two I had to wait weeks for them to come. The guy who came to service the heating system was fine, the other guy less. However after the boiler was serviced the hot water stopped working, this was a direct result of their guy changing a part and not checking the system now worked it because it actually needed two parts. The guy he had to come back two days later and fiddle so it was still broken but I now had hot water, then return weeks later (because christmas fell) with the new part to fix it. The system is still not heating the radiators well. I will get another technician in to check it but not from them. The second plumber so ok he did remove the water heater as asked and sort out the bath tap so hot was hot and cold was cold not requested but useful. He told me the radiator needed replacing and took measurements and we decided the new size needed the shower he just took the head off and gave it me to soak in Vinegar and tried to leave. I brought him back in and pointed out the shower pipe was still leaking which was the problem not the shower head he just said in french its broken and left. I then called to try and reschedule a visit to replace the radiator and complain about the shower. They refused to give me any appointment, they said they did not have any they were too busy. They said they could not decipher the size of radiator needed despite me and the plumber discussing this. They seemed uninterested in taking on the job. When the bill came I had no clue what I was being charged for because all the work is on the one bill. I rang back another guy now told me they were updating the their PC which is why they have no appointments for the radiator. I sent him details for the shower he promised to send a part with the plumber coming back for the heating system. This never came I asked the guy returning for the heating he said he did not have it. They claimed sent a quote but this was maybe another month later. By this time I had found a better plumber to do the job. I have since recieved it in it they offered to post me a part to fix the shower myself! In addition I paid a good part bill after discussion with them and they then demanded the whole bill be paid. I am still awaiting explanation of the bill that is understandable so I can pay the rest despite me emailing them this is not forth coming.
