WORST SERV...

WORST SERVICE EVER!! I have been without heat and hot water for about a week (in the middle of winter). Last week, I fixed the earliest appointment Vaillant had available for today - I get a confirmation that a technician will come between 10h-14h, I take the day off to be sure to be at home when the technician arrive. At 13h receive a call saying that they will need to reschedule my appointment to tomorrow, I insist since I have been in the cold for a week and it is an emergency. They tell me that not problem that the technician will come by later in the afternoon... 2 hours later, still nothing - I call to make sure that the person will still come - just to have on the phone a person telling me that the appointment was cancelled!!!! I did not even receive a notice telling me this, I have wasted a full day waiting in the cold for nothing !!! I am still on the waiting line (it has been 20 mins already) just waiting for someone to pick up the phone and help me with my issue as they keep sending me to different people. This is scandalous and unprofessional.

Very bad customer service. Twice they changed an early-scheduled appointment, the second time they remembered to call me for the cancellation the day of the appointment.. Also expensive annual service contract with no clarification what this payment was going for...

They have ...

They have ignored at least 5 of my emails as I write them in English had no reply, I call with only the dutch option and am through to someone quickly, not sure why the emails take so long for a response. We have a fault with the boiler which could be dangerous or damaging to the boiler if it continues and there is no urgency from the company.

PLEASE AVO...

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY !!! I had to pay my appointment in advance, then I waited two months for it, took a whole day off at work because they don't provide you a slot when the technican would come. On the day of the appointment I called them in the afternoon to check when the technician will arrive and they told me that my appointment was cancelled - without any notice from them! They offered me a new appointment in three (3!) months. When I refused and demanded the money that I had already paid to be reimbursed, they agreed and told me that before they can reimburse me I need to cancel my contract. I cancelled the contract and now they are claiming that because my contract was cancelled there is no possibility for a refund.
